Coming Home with ADHD is an 8-week mindfulness-based educational course for adults with ADHD. The program adapts traditional mindfulness practices for challenges commonly associated with ADHD, including distractibility, restlessness, emotional overwhelm, difficulty sustaining attention, and self-criticism.
The Course
Coming Home with ADHD
Coming Home with ADHD is designed for adults with ADHD who want to explore mindfulness but may have found traditional meditation difficult, boring, frustrating, or inaccessible.
It may be especially useful for adults who experience distractibility, restlessness, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, difficulty slowing down, or a tendency to give up on meditation when their mind wanders.
